C.W. Fischer Electric, Inc. was incorporated in 1968 when Charles W. Fischer Sr., after working in the trade for eight years, obtained his master electricians license and broke away from the company he was working for at the time to start his own company, thus the name C.W. Fischer Electric, Inc. The company was started with one pick-up truck, an apprentice electrician and a warehouse. In the early days of the company our focus was mainly on small residential jobs such as the wiring of wall a/c's, service upgrades and small additions. As the years went by and more electricians were hired, the business began to expand and take on more work mainly in Broward County. In 1985 Claude Mitchell, who had already worked for the company for eleven years, obtained his Master Electricians license in Palm Beach. In 1991 after obtaining his degree in Construction Management from the University of Maryland, Mr. Fischer's son, Charles W. Fischer Jr.(Chuck), started for the company full time.
Today the company is currently managed by Charles W. Fischer Sr. and Jr. We are State Certified Unlimited Electrical Contractors which allows us to pull permits and handle any electrical job throughout the State of Florida with an area of concentration in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County. We cover all aspects of electrical wiring including, but not limited to the following: residential, commercial, marine/shore power, industrial and all types of service work. No Job is too small. We offer bucket truck service to 40'. We are fully insured above the required limits of the state. In 1996 Chuck obtained his State Unlimited Electrical Contractors License which enables the company to qualify for any type of electrical work throughout the State of Florida.
C.W. Fischer Electric, Inc. is currently celebrating thirty seven years in business servicing the South Florida communities electrical needs. We currently have employees that have been with us for over twenty five years.
